Best Spider-Man Monster?

More than most street level superheroes Spider-Man has a lot of monsters in his rogues gallery, something I think the series doesn't get praised for enough to be honest. Question is though which do you like the best.

The Lizard?



Venom



Carnage



Demo Goblin




Morbius



Man Wolf



Hard for me to choose in all honesty as I love all of these characters, but I'll probably be lazy and unoriginal and go with Venom who does have the most interesting history in all fairness.

I'd probably go with the Lizard. I like his backstory and the dual nature of Dr. Connors and the anger that feeds the Lizard.
