Here we're talking strictly their voices, nothing else.

Ian McKellan as Magneto.

He has such a suave and commanding voice. It really helps when he's delivering his slick lines.

Hugo Weaving
Patrick Stewart
Ian McKellan
Mickey Rourke
Clive Owen
Bruce Willis
Christian Bale
Willem Dafoe

Hugo Weaving
Kelsey Grammer
Michael Keaton
Willem Dafoe
Christopher Reeve
Ian Mckellan
Patrick Stewart

Do animated movies count?

Why Not? They have good & bad voices like any other.

Michael Chiklis
Michael Clarke Duncan
Rosemary Harris
Cliff Robertson
Liam Neeson
Cillian Murphy (particularly in the asylum)

And pretty much everybody in Sin City, especially Mickey Rourke.

Ian McKellan - Magneto
Patrick Stewart - Prof. X
Tom Jane - The Punisher (I now think of his voice whenever I read the Punisher)
Hugo Weaving - V
Kelsey Grammer - Beast
Keith David - Spawn

In that case...

Kevin Conroy - Batman
Mark Hamill - Joker
Hugo Weaving - V
Mickey Rourke - Marv
Willem Dafoe - Green Goblin
Abe Vigoda - Sal Valestra
Stacy Keach - Voice of The Phantasm

Lot's of good choices, but Hugo Weaving as V just can't be topped

That's partly because it was all he had. Take away an actor's face & see how hard he has to work.

And while we're giving animated voices their due, I loved everybody in Ultimate Avengers 1 & 2.

I can't believe I'm the only one who gave credit to Keith David. That guy was Spawn man!!!

Easily Mark Hamill as the Joker. No other vocal performance is even close.

Star Wars isn't a comic book movie. Hello?

There are Star Wars comic books published by Dark Horse. Close enough.

No. Because lots of movies have inspired comic book titles & I don't want this thread cluttered with them. The move must be based on a comic & not the other way around.

Fine, how about James Earl Jones for the Snake King in Conan the Barbarian? I'm pretty sure Robert E. Howard featured illustrations in his Conan books. In fact, I think his books were a precursor to comics.

I'm not trying to be uptight; I just don't want a bunch of posts for T2, Dragonheart, Street Fighter or anything else that just happened to spawn a comic at some point.

Stacey Keach? As in Papa Titus? Mike Hammer?
