For those of you who know the history of her this is a shocker seeing how she would never take a picture since she dropped out of the public eye.

Then

Now

She really doesn't look 80, to be honest. Maybe her mid-fifties or early sixties. She's aged extremely well.

Or has a very good plastic surgeon.

Whoah!
I read three fourths of her book and figured she was reclusive because she was hideous now but she looks way better than I'd imagined she would. But that is hilarious that she's kept the bangs after all these decades.

This brings up a good question, not to take this tread off topic, but does ones view or idea of beauty change with age?

Not bad really for what she use to be. I am just shocked she finally let some one take a picture of her. She didn't even know till about 3 to 4 years ago about her new fan-base.

you're most likely going to keep the haircut you feel you were in the prime of your life in for the rest of your days.

unless that is you go through a mid life crisis.

or do an electroflare

Well the Golden Girls and all 3 of my Grandmas taught me that once you reach a certain age you have to instantly shape it into a big, bulbous, wispy cloud.

I don't know if it's out yet, or not. I've been keeping an eye out for it as I'd like to see it.

I honestly think Bettie Page back then is hotter then any model or Porn Star we have now.

i totally agree. its like, when you go on myspace and there's thousands of ****es who all look the same. it just gets so dull.

actually i dont know about the model thing. adriana lima, helena christiansen, gisele, alessandra etc.

Bettie Page let the spotlight though because shefound God but she IMO is better then all the women we have now and her body was real.

I think Mamie Van Doren, the 50's and 60's blonde bombshell Hollywood schlock directors hired when they couldn't afford the services of Marilyn Monroe or Jayne Mansfield, has aged pretty well too, alothough I think her secret would be a very, very good plastic surgeon.

Mamie then:
