Big Brother 18 - Part 1

Corey said they needed to get Victor out bc if he won HoH, then he may put he or Nicole up. Its Final Four. It doesnt matter who goes up

Sucks to see Vic leave as he was my #1 pick to win. With him gone, Im behind Paul and I cant beleive Im saying that considering I wanted him out week 1

James says he is doing whatever Paul wants. I doubt he'd vote Nicole out regardless, but Paul wants Corey out (as he shook on an F2 deal with Nicole last night). That said, I doubt Nicole will keep that deal. I fear we are looking at a Nicole final HOH and James win. :barf:

The fact that 2 terrible returning players are in the Final 4 and 1 or both of them will be final 2 shows what a stupid cast this was.

This Jury House is where it is AT this summer! Who cares about the actual competition.

I wanted Day to throw a drink on Paulie when he threw her daughter into that. That mess was explosive.

Zakiyah....what a weak twit. No words

Where was this fight in these jurors when they were in the house where it could have done them some good?

YES!. He wont be winning BB.

I dont see how it could have done them any good. Had Da'Vonne been like that in the house, she wouldnt have made it to jury. Apparently Bridget was like this towards her end but it was too late for her. People are speaking up now bc they have nothing to lose

It isn't a surprise the outcome between those two since Nicole brought up her "deal" to James the other day again.

It is funny though that 2 vets made it to the end with one of the people who wanted them out ASAP at the beginning.

Oh bull rap these people all just played dead and went out silently. When your ass is on the block ya gotta fight to stay. They have nothing to gain by fighting now. In the house fighting would have exposed other people like Nicole's shadiness and helped them get farther.

Nicole cares more about the romance then she does the game.

A Paul win is the only thing that can salvage a crappy played season for me, so with that said a stupid vet will win.

Thank goodness Corey is OUT.....come on Paul.

I am PRAYING that Paul wins the final HOH, just because I believe him when he says he'd rather lose to Nicole than risk losing to James. I don't want James anywhere near that F2. I could live with either Paul or Nicole winning. But James? No no no...

You know what, I'll be the devil's advocate (sort of). Paulie is a piece of ****. Everything he said and did was off limits. That said, Da'Vonne is a piece of **** too. I was on her side right up until she started screaming at Zakiyah at which point it became pretty apparent that Paulie's confessional about the treatment of Z wasn't that far off. Paulie may be a misogynist, but Da'Vonne's behavior is classic **** shaming and is pretty damn misogynistic also. And her temper tantrum validates what Paulie said about her daughter (he made a comment about setting an example...she responds by flipping out and setting an awful example).

The only person (involved) who handled the situation with any bit of class was Bridgette who validated Zakiyah's emotions (rather than shaming her) while also expressing disapproval for her being with a piece of **** and also stood up to Paulie.

If James wins, this becomes a bottom five season.

Anyway, based on camera talk (and Nicole's convo with Corey last night) it seems like there is a bit of a triangle. Paul wants to take Nicole. Nicole wants to take James. James wants to take Paul.

Again, thats exactly what Bridget did when she was on the block. Guess what? It landed her out the door.

When Nicole said all of that crap about Corey....he's so kind, blah, blah, blah...he so good, blah..bah...blah. I wanted to puke. She saw ALL THAT HE DID, AND HEARD ALL THAT HE SAID......if that is kind and good, then she deserves the homophobic, racist jerk....and James saw and heard all of it as well, some of which was heaved at his best friend (as he calls her) and said nothing? Come on Paul, ya gotta win.

I didn't see it having anything to with that. She is pissed that Z is getting back with a guy who treated her utter crap.

I didn't see it as shaming at all, at this point, Z is far past being shamed, mainly because she is shaming herself far more. There is no validation of her feelings, she is degrading herself on national television....if her family doesn't grab her and have a "come to Jesus meeting with her" then they ALL DESERVE PAULIE.

Paulie finds people's weak areas and preys on them...it is disgusting to watch.

James is going to win the first endurance comp.

If Paul believes Nicole will take him to Final 2 after what she did to him and Victor, he is cray.

Because degrading and screaming at someone who is an abusive or toxic relationship is so helpful. It is cruel, apathetic behavior that is just as shameful as Paulie's.

He is definitely a piece of ****. That doesn't justify Da'Vonne's behavior. Z clearly has some very real issues and at this point her relationship with Paulie feels borderline mentally abusive. Da'Vonne degrading her for it is the exact opposite way to act with anyone in that type of situation.

James is going to win the first endurance comp.

Maybe not. James is only good at one very specific type of endurance competition, the ones with a platform that he can crouch on (reducing the muscular strain) due to his height. He sucks at everything else and that competition has already been used twice this season. That said, production wants James to win, so I wouldn't be surprised to see it get a third appearance.

I don't get why Nicole made the final two deal at this point. She knows Paul wants to take her, so why make a promise you intend to break? Steve did the same thing to Vanessa and it cost him her vote. Since the final juror is voted out minutes before making their decision, there isn't much time to process or forgive. Nicole, as a vet, should know that. If she back stabs Paul again, she has thrown away his vote (and probably made Victor's unsalvagable). I could easily see this season being a 5-4 vote. Dumb play on her part, driven completely by her fear of confrontation and her unwillingness to simply give a noncommittal answer.
