Harvey: "????"
Gordon: " He does that "
Gordon: " He does that "
yea but that makes him stealthy, did you even pay attention to that scene? the tumbler crashed through the wall as a DISTRACTION so Batman could SNEAK in UN-NOTICED which is what he done.
I think you missed my point. We (the audience) don't see Batman in the shadows, being a mysterious figure and creating ominous shadows & silhouettes with his cape. He just appears on-screen, or disappears from screen suddenly.
TDK really lacked the keeping-to-the-dark, silent-stalking Batman style that BTAS had.
I REALLY hate how Batman can enter and exit a scene from out of thin air. It harks back to a much bigger problem I have with the entire movie; as much as I hate to say it, the continuity was pretty damn poor.
Batman exits the brightly lit bank vault in a second. He get's cornered by gunfire in Hong Kong, and suddenly erupts from the opposite side of the screen w/out any explanation as to how he could have gotten there. He enters from the very center of the penthouse party; one second the Joker is talking to Rachel, the next, Batman is bright and center, two F-ing feet away from them. How did he get through all the people without anyone saying anything? And then I can't stand how he manages to beat up Maroni, and then visit Dent (w/o any clue as to how he could have found him in the first place) within a close space of time.
It's excusable cause Nolan made it work well with the pacing.... but it's also something that should be improved upon if there is to be a 3rd. Im down for Batman to be mysterious; but maybe we could do that by actually showing him in the shadows some of the time. I'd prefer to see him slithering through dark corners instead of just appearing from out of thin air.
batman would f jason up!!

haha yea i suppose, but i couldn't see jason landing a single blow on batman. and if it come to it seeing as jason isn't human, batman could just slice him and dice him. but oh crap jasons soul would then just possess batman!! lol

Lol, did you guys just use the movie's lines as defenses?
Someone more knowledgeable in law can answer this, but I'm not sure how revealing Dent to be a criminal himself, AFTER the charges, would affect any of the convicted criminals and cases. There's no such thing as overturning things without reason, especially when Dent's entire operation was fair and legal.

Batman finding Harvey The Inquisitor with no explanation whatsoever bugs me. Gotham is a big damn booming metropolis, and Harvey would've went out of his way to not leave any sort of clue behind as to the interrogation spot. Batman just popping up like that would mean he has supernatural tendancies like the Joker. Then again... why couldn't he just "pop up" to save both Harvey and Rachel, one after the other, a mere second apart?
I would think most ambulances in Gotham have GPS on it. Also Bruce might have seen Harvey getting into the ambulance as he is concerned with Harveys safety.Batman finding Harvey The Inquisitor with no explanation whatsoever bugs me.
