i will be going that for sure, one thing i hate about puttin my artwork on the net is this kind of crap. you can clearly see my AS logo down in the corner of all of my pieces. bah. and it doesnt even fit the style of any of his other stuff. if any of it is his.

i dont think all of it is his. i can't remember if u made it or not, but I know ive seen the desperate housewives poster before on the hype.

i guess that's why people watermark their stuff. tis a shame you have to do that these days

yeah, notice the A S in the corner... its my initials. its on most of the stuff i post on here. wish i thoguht of it before i posted all them ipod ads. bah

so, i might not be posting some stuff on here untill things are worked out with this guy. and ididnt do any of the posters on there, but the style is inconsistant. so well see what happens.

Years back I could get really heated about that kind of thing-Nowadays, its kind of funny..........For one your logo is clearly in the bottom left corner still.And theres no attempt to take credit...I believe it says something like"Hey looky its Batman!" in the bottom caption.
My advice would be to let any occurrances like this roll right off your back brother.Do what needs to be done-write the appropriate emails to the right folks etc.NEVER fret on this sort of thievery.Always maintain a stance of professionalism.
-First time?Guess what..it will happen again.

Also =Good lookin out to they hyper who caught that.

yeah, it was a great eye for someone to notice my stuff someplace else. thats awesome.

and my stuff has been reposted other places, mostly the ipod ads i do. and it does suck, but if i can stop it, im gonna try, i did send an email out to deivent art explaining everything so well see what happens. i know it wont be the last time but, in some way people looking for graphic designers and artist look at those pages so i wouldnt one someone using my art work for money and or getting a job.

i'd try to find out if he's simply posting some of his favorite pieces and if that is the case, i'd ask him to credit you and link to your gallery on the deviation pages, that way the users can go to your gallery and know that you are the true artist of your pieces.

and like ed ryder said, in his descriptions, i haven't seen one that he "claimed to have done", so i'd find out if he is trying to, and if he is, i'd contact a deviantart mod.
