You know what chain I think is a myth? Sonic. Where in the world do I have to go to find one. I felt the same way about Checkers till I saw one in MD.

Ohhhhhhh, gotcha.

When I saw White Castle, I was thinking about how I'd have to spend 10 bucks just to be satisfied.

But those Sliders are so good.

Nope, I've never seen a one anywhere near Philadelphia. Just McD, BK, and Wendy's as far as burger joints go

Damn, well Wendy's is good, but when I'm starving, I go to BK.
McD is crap. :down

JR is #2. You want a ridiculously good burger? Red Robin is the place to be.

I don't know where that is. They do have some good burgers at Steak & Shake.

...Mr. Winner's burgers are ok, if you know where Mr. Winner's is at.
It's popular as hell, and famous people go there all the time.

DAmn straight  Those are gourmet burgers there!

Red Robin, sounds good.
I am currently in ATL area for the summer. Are they near me?

:(

Well, I plan on going to Steak & Shake soon.
They're burgers are good, and their milkshakes are the best.

Aren't they mostly a mid-west thing??

I love Steak & Shake.

There's no Hardee's in Memphis anymore. There were, but they were in the ghetto. Now the closest one is in Mississippi and I'm not the type of person to cross statelines just for lunch.

For my burgers, Backyard Burgers. A bit pricey but so damn good.

However, I don't rely on burger joints for my meat. I got over a 100 barbeque places in town to choose from :D

We have Sonic, Backyard Burgers, and Rallys here in Louisiana. I've had Steak and Shake twice when i visted my cousins in Missourri. Of course we also have McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy's, and Jack in the Box.

Ive had Hardee's too. Can't remember if we used to have it here, or i got it somewhere else.

We don't have White Castle, just an imitation called Krystal

I have never, ever seen a Jack in the Box. Ever. They just recently started showing Sonic commercials here in the Chicago area. And Dairy Queen knock offs called Tastee Freeze.

I hate Jack in the Box anyway, never go there. I'd much rather Sonic or something.

Jack In The Box is in Louisiana.
I had it before.

:(

I spent the winter in Arizona. The thing I miss most is the burger chains.
Whataburger, Carl's Jr, Jack-In-The-Box...

I've never heard of half the places mentioned in this thread.

I've got a Sonic just down the street...great burgers and fantastic shakes and ice-cream treats

Sonic is like a 3 hour drive from where I live.

Best fastfood burder? In-N-Out Burgers.

BTW, BK stacker? Please. People have been ordering 4x4s from In-N-Out for a long time now.

These are "fastfood" burgers.

For the record, places like Red Robin, Fudruckers and Johnny Rockets ARE NOT fastfood chains. They are burger restaurants - big difference. If you include restaurants, I bet every town has a great local place to get a fantastic burder that is better than a Fudrucker or Red Robin or Johnny Rockets.

In Atlanta, the best burger is served at The Earl.
