I'm not entirely sure I understand how that was phrased, but using a gun seems obsolete in her case except in a serious condition, because she just doesn't seem to need to use it with her meta-human gene and her martial art skills however... It's not like she never used them.

Ah, the late 80s and early 90s. Twas a dark time for comics. I'm surprised Dinah didn't have a partial head-wrapping mask, or metallic limbs. Or pouches. God, the pouches...

Lotsa people like the Grell stuff, but I can't stand more than a couple pages of it. After a while all the constant dramabombing actually got funny.

But, yeah, I guess she has used a gun before.
