Well maybe they were thinking to do Black Cat and Doc Ock..I'm not sure.

But on Spiderman2 DVD commentary, Arad said that they worked heavily on Black Cat.
There's even a single image of concept art of Black Cat. (I can't find it, can someone post it if you guys have it?)

i saw that concept art it was horrible im glad she wasn't in it, but i would of loved for her to be in SM3 with the black suit and all taking Gwen's place. This would give her a reason to hate Peter and love Spiderman duh!
