Really, it is such a dumb response to bring in the whole Nazi thing, because it makes the person mentioning it look desperate, and brings down respect of that person. That, and the only people really bringing that parallel up really cant just look at it as a positive factor to see so many people supporting someone honestly looking to unite, not divide. The worst thing about women voters going for gender based Palin support is... the issues important to most women, she disagrees far to the right as they say. In cases of rape/incest you better believe an abortion option is worth supporting

Nine out of ten blacks are voting for Obama. Nine out of ten blacks voted for John Kerry. Blacks aren't voting for Obama because of race to as strong a degree as they are energized because of race.

They aren't voting out of prejudice against white candidates. They are just energized by the historicalness of the first African American President, the same way Hillary's supporters were energized by her opportunity. But most blacks are democrat anyways, and Hillary's supporters were longtime traditional democrats who despise Palin being on the GOP ticket.

One great thing coming out of all this is if Obama is reelected we will probably benefit from millions of additional black voters who are now permanent members of the process. I think they will continue to vote even after Obama has finished his entire Presidency. They will be brought into the process where as before many African Americans felt it was a white man's world.

The best thing about them is they don't exist in large numbers. Palin has an even lower approval rating among women than she does among men.
