Yes, it counts. The naked hologram woman is a NAKED hologram woman....and NAKED humans are not allowed on the HYPE, whether they are real or animated. The owner decided years ago that no nudity would be allowed on the forums of the HYPE.

Quebec director Denis Villeneuve's highly anticipated "Blade Runner" sequel will open the Montreal Festival du nouveau cinema.

"Blade Runner 2049" will be presented at a special Oct. 4 screening, a day after its world premiere in Los Angeles and two days before it hits theatres, organizers said Thursday.

It will screen at the Theatre Maisonneuve de la Place des Arts as the opening film of the festival's 46th edition, which runs from Oct. 4 to 15.

Tickets for Alcon Entertainment/Warner Bros./Sony’s Blade Runner 2049, the sequel to Ridley Scott’s cult 1982 movie, go on sale tomorrow, 14 days before its Oct. 6 opening date.

Various tracking services currently have the R-rated Denis Villeneuve-directed movie opening between $43M-$47M stateside and going day and date pretty much everywhere with Korea and Japan a tad later. Nancy Tartaglione also reports that the pic has been cleared by China censors with a release date still TBD there. Sony is handling overseas and co-funded the film with Alcon.

Blade Runner 2049‘s estimated reported net production cost is around $185M.

That wasn't expanded upon. Early reports from a month or so back said in testing that the pacing and the tone is very similar to the original and that the trailers were just hyping up the few action pieces that it has. So if you liked the slow burn of the original, then this would be similar to that. Denis apparently didn't deviate too much.

I'm expecting this to have a box office similar to War for the Planet of the Apes. $500 million or less. And I expect the audience reaction to be similar. General audiences will go in expecting some typical sci-fi action piece but will get a slow burn nearly three hour cerebral mystery. And afterwards we'll hear about how the marketing didn't reflect the actual film we got.

I don't disagree with the sentiment. Censors tend to be okay with gratuitous violence over anything sexual or some rather tame nudity. But those are the Hype rules and we have to follow them.
