Conan. In a straight one on one fight armed with swords, its not even a contest. Single-handedly, Conan has racked up a phenomenal body count of vampires, demons and even demi-gods the likes of which few mortal men can lay claim to. Blade struggled against Dracula for years, even with Quincy Harker and his allies as a support group...even with the Nightstalkers backing him up...

Unless Blade brings his modern guns into the equation, Conan would waste him in a heartbeat, then go get drunk and bang a few tavern wenches, by Crom!

I can't recall Conan ever even being close to defeated...especially 1 on 1..

He is one of the greatest fighters ever

Blade is one tough ass, but Conan wins.

Conana would actually beat Blade twice. Once when they fought the first time, and once again when Blade's vampire regeneration kicked in and he went back for a rematch.

But I think Conan would respect Blade's abilities and heart of the warrior, and the two would end up taking on some greater menace... together. Now THAT would be bad aaassss.

I'd also recommend Kurt Busiek's Conan. THere are two trades out currently, and a third one may be on the way not sure. I've only read a couple issues, but every issue I read was briliant.
