Blind Item: Heroes Actor/Actress wants out!

They'll just do the third Triplet if it's Ali.

I don't think they can. Jessica and Nikki were two actual, physical sisters, and Tracy, the person she's playing now, completes the set.

No. Jessica and Niki weren't blood sisters, they were sisters through adoption. Niki was a triplet with Tracy and the mentioned but never seen, Barbara.

If the "easy way to bring them back" is in reference to Ali's character, they could just kill Tracy off and bring in Barbara whenever they want.

But I just can't see why NBC would really be that adamant towards keeping Ali. Especially if she is going to become trouble on the set if they don't grant her request.
Not to be Lude, but probably behind the scenes, under that table politics. If you know what I mean.

Exactly.

So "Nikki" was a completely different person, but not blood-related to Jessica? Where was this explained? The graphic novels? I don't remember anything about it on the show, and I have watched every episode since season 1.

Yes! More things going wrong to cram into the writing process to make things more contrived.

Lyle is heroic too. He tried to hit Ted with a baseball bat. He threw water on Elle to make her stop. He stabled Claire. Was he in season 2?

Read dude.

The person that wants to leave has been a regular since season one. The actor that plays Lyle is not a regular. The only regulars since season one are:

Ali
Hayden
Milo
Sendhil
Masi
James
Adrian
Greg

Zach wasn't a regular in season one.

Did any of you actually READ the article? Why are you all assuming that its Ali LArter just because she had the least screentime? It's clearly Masi Oka....

They specifically say "This Hero-ic soul..."

C'mon.... :whatever:

Nope, it sounds like its Hiro. Ill go get the link if none of you belive me.

The picture is speculation on TV.com's part.

Masi seriously can't get away with saying he's leaving because of lack of screen time unless his character takes a massive dip in air time for volume four, which I don't see happening.

Well his character took s nodr fivr in Volumr 3, I csn drr the writerd doing it sgian in Volume 4. I mean he doesn't have any powers this time either, but the lack of screen time? Come on of all things to complaine about from this guy LOL.

lol, Yea really.

When did Hiro's screen time drop in Vol. 3?! I'd say it was pretty consistant, he was in every single episode this volume.

LOL My bad my writing did look like it was drunk writingXD
My screen shrunk way to small for a bit so I couldn't really see what I was typing to well. Any who what I was saying was that Hiros character took a nose dive in Volume 3, with him turning into a 10 year old child, now in this Volume he won't have powers. I can see why he'd want out for that. But lack of screen time? Hiro has loads, tihis Volume I guess gets shortend for lack of power.

that's what I said.

Kristen whatever from E said it's either Hayden or Ali

Hayden, oh I'd praise the lord if it was her I hate her character more than Ali's. If they shorten Claire's screen time I'd jump for joy. Thanks for the news. Glad to know its not Milo shes speculating on *Few*

I would rather see Hayden go too. Ali's character has been boring but there is room for improvement. Ali's a better actress too. Claire is really annoying. And for such an annoying character she has way too much screentime.

SpoilerTV confirms the person leaving is Ali Larter, here: http://spoilertv-heroes.blogspot.com/2009/01/kristin-confirms-hayden-and-ali-want.html

The way they word it, it sounds like the show is letting her go because they are too dense to come up with a storyline. Truly pathetic writers we have here.

That pisses me off because Ali has been my favorite since season one. They made a grave error in killing off Niki just when she was beginning to accept herself and her powers.

That is pathetic, I agree. It makes me wonder why they even created the Tracy character. If they had no greater plans for her, then the writers should have just kept Niki around or given Ali Larter her walking papers at the end of last season. It reminds me of when the writers admitted that they never could figure out what to do with Simone in season 1. It's pretty silly when you run out of ideas for a brand new character.

Honestly... I'd settle for anyone leaving to make room for someone else to grow.

But honestly, if they don't go, we'll probably never find out who it was...

Ali Larter leaving ‘Heroes’?

One star asked to leave ‘Heroes’; another reportedly wants out?

Those clinging onto Heroes, hoping for a miraculous recovery from the twisted storylines and ragged characters, might actually be happy about this one.
Toronto radio station Z103.5 announced this morning that Ali Larter has reportedly been asked to leave Heroes at the end of this season.
Producers apparently feel there’s nothing left to do with Larter’s newest character, Tracy Strauss. They don’t necessarily want to release her from contract, but will potentially kill off Tracy at the end of Volume IV.
Pre-Tracy, Larter played dissociative identity disorder sufferer Niki Sanders, whose alter ego Jessica displayed super-crazy strength and power.
Niki was killed off at the end of Volume II when she ran into a burning building after her son, Micah (Noah Gray-Cabey), and his cousin, Monica (Dana Davis), who was notably absent throughout the entire third volume.
If Larter is written off the show, it would come as no surprise. The Tracy character has done nothing but annoy loyal fans who want to see the actress’ acting chops put to better use.
And it seems as though fans aren’t the only ones unhappy about the series’ lowered expectations.
A blind item posted on E! Online claims the show has finally succumbed to the behind-the-scenes squabbles usually spawned by ensemble casts, and now one major character wants out.
As with all blind items, no names are mentioned, but the actor or actress in questions feels he or she is not getting enough screen time, and is asking to be let go of his or her contract at the end of the season.
There’s more: The actor has been on the show since the first season, has “more name recognition than others in the cast” and could be revived from a death scene (which could pretty much mean anybody).
Are these two news items one and the same? Could Ali Larter be asking for a show release, rather than the other way around? Before the series began, Larter was definitely one of the more established cast members, and Tracy has had little-to-no screen time in recent episodes.

If this is true then it's the stupedist thing i have ever heard. What the hell happened to those writers? Although to be fair, it was clear they didn't know what to do with Ali's character ever since season 2. So this doesn't come as a complete shock. These guys make such bad choices it's unbelievable. Guess that's what happened to Adam. They didn't know what to do with him so they killed him. They really need to step up their game for volume 4 because this is getting ridiculous.

Yah thats a stupid reason for killing off a character, no more ideas for her? I can think of ways to deal with her character. Awe well maybe its all for the better, she can do better things and maybe this will expand the other characters. Wonder how she will die.
