Are any of you crazy about board games? What do you play? Monopoly? Risk? Life?

Me, I'm into Monopoly. I have several versions of Monopoly - standard, Star Wars Saga, Star Wars LE, Disney, Junior, 70th Anniversary Edition.

I'm also pretty good at Scrabble. Not exactly grandmaster material, but I can hold my own in major championships.

Hey, I didn't study the cards. I just happened to know all the answers. You think that's bad, you should try watching movies with me. It gets really bad.

That would be cool. I say the Risk game didn't end well because my friends brother in law got all pissy because he was losing. He walked off and got a sandwich and never came back. My friends brother in law was on top of the world winning... then he kept trying to take me out when I was controlling most of Asia (primarily China and Japan). I put all of my forces into Asia and defended it quite well after being defeated in other places around the map by him. Once he failed to take me out in Asia my friend slowly beat him in North America and I then took Europe from him. He looked so pissed. Tensions run high when you play Risk.

Nice. I'll play sometime. I can't tonight because I kind of have to wake up early and it's already past 1am, but for the most part I can play anytime during the later part of the day. So if anyone wants to start a game or whatever then just post in here the time of when you wanna do it or whatever.

I never could understand the concept behind specialised Trivial Pursuit. I see Harry Potter Trivia Pursuit, LOTR Trivia Pursuit. It kinda limits the market to knowledgeable fans of the franchises.

Monopoly, on the other hand, while there are tons of versions, the basic is still the same and playable by all, fans of the particular version or not.
