Some stuff like that is alright, like horns and bearings. I wouldn't want them, but they can turn out cool on some people. However, that's just terrible. Not to mention if you get hit in the chest you get that thing digging into your sternum. Painful and ugle :.

Usually when you see people with weirdo stuff like that, it's because they're part of a particular lifestyle where that's just part of the statement, and it's not really weird to the people they're around.
