Deal with it. New Yorkers have had to for a very long time. :p

At least you can balance that with being the home of a crapload of super heroes. Who the hell resides in CT? Speedball?

I just find it funny how McNiven's been behind the pencil both times it happened haha.

Not anymore, I imagine. ;)

So does anyone else think Sable & Fortune's ending was entirely disappointing?

I though it's beginning was entirely disappointing.

In that someone thought it was a good idea to publish the book then completely ignore its existance.

It started off pretty good, had good art. But that last issue was horrible.

Paul O'Brien, who writes for Article 10 and has his own webpage at www.thexaxis.com (which I am an avid reader of) had this to say about SABLE & FORTUNE and the whole premise of small Marvel mini's, that naturally I agree with:

Yeah, pretty much what i was thinking of.

I love O'Briens writing style, he's by far my favourite comic reviewer. I genuinely miss chuck austins' x-men just because of how entertaining O'Briens reviews were.

The only reviewers I take seriously are the fans.

But there was this one time over at CBR where someone mentioned how they already read Sentry #7 and saying how the book sucked and how Sentry sucked. When #7 came out,it was totally different than what the reviewer mentioned.Bloody mongrel.

heh.

I don't always agree with obrien but i'm always entertained.

Can't say i take any reviewer seriously mind you, not even myself.
