Very good week. Not a single book disappointed me. I wish every week was like this.
X-Factor- PICK OF THE WEEK! Man, it's been a while since I could say that. This book hasn't been bad by any means, but it hasn't been as good as usual. Luckily, this issue is one of the best in a while. Talk about a shocking second last page! Great stuff. 9/10
New Avengers- So far, I've guessed one of the side-switchers. It makes logical sense, when you think about what's to come. I really liked seeing Logan lay it all out for the team. He's very blunt, and I liked the joke about him being all over the place. I'm very excited to see where all of this goes, provided Bendis doesn't take the Skrull thing too far. 9/10
Runaways- Ending sold it for me. Can't wait for next issue. Sadly, I'll have to wait longer than I would've under Vaughan.
8/10
Fantastic Five- As much as I love my girl, I've been digging Tom Defalco's other MC2 titles a little bit more than Spider-Girl lately. This is a great old-school FF tale, and Lim's art is a perfect match. FF fans need to be reading this. 8/10
Deadpool/GLI- There really isn't much to be said. It's a lot of fun starring Marvel's most fun characters. A lot of nice loose ends are tied up, and Nicieza and Slott have some fun with continuity. Great issue. Too bad the art's just okay in most parts. 8/10
Punisher War Journal- Man, I was really shocked by Frank's actions. I really didn't expect that. My only complaint is that I feel like Fraction screwed up showing us Frank tied up so many issues ago. 8/10
Spider-Girl- Getting better. I love seeing Darkdevil, and it was nice to see President Bridge again. 8/10
