Simon Oliver did on The Exterminators. It started so strongly, and now some issues are barely readable.

The first trade collection is excellent. But after Tony Moore left, Oliver forgot how to write coherently.

Supposedly he's coming back. For a while, that's what I thought Oliver was holding out for, but a year's worth of issues have come and gone without any Moore.

Super Villain Team-up: Modok's 11
Definitly one of the funniest books I've read. It's good classic villain fun. I also have a new appreciation for the Spot who refers to the other villains powers as "poopy" Also the puns at Modok are equally funny!
