Boy, 4, shoots babysitter for stepping on his foot

I know of personal accounts that put kids using guns. If the kid had been told how to use it and it was already loaded I wouldn't put it past him.

Also:

That indicates to ME that there were other people that saw the event.

The boy, apparently angered that Beavers stepped on his foot, retrieved a shell from a drawer in a back bedroom, grabbed a 20-gauge single-shot shotgun from a closet and loaded the weapon, Ephlin said.

I mean really? The 4 year old knew how to do that? If so then those are some pretty messed up parents but I'm rather suspicious

What are they going to do to a four year old?

I think they should probably charge the parents with neglect and... manslaughter by proxy?

The guy wasn't killed.

More importantly, who hires a male babysitter?

Strangely enough, I thought the exact same thing when I was finished reading the article... not "how did the kid know how to use the gun?" or "who leaves a loaded rifle lying around?", but "male babysitter?"

:lmao:

What is wrong with the concept of a male babysitter?

:csad: my bad.

Reading that article I definitely think that there is more to the story. Especially considering the father had never taught his kid how to use a gun.

Ohio? It reads like it's something that occurred in Tennessee.
