Are they actually thinking of convicting the kid?

:facepalm If the only reason you have to live is sex and avoiding buttsecks than you should probably go ahead and clock out now.
.
Doesn't this belong in the disturbing news thread?
Hey, i know what you mean. PA gotta love it.wow I love my state.![]()
This is just my opinion, but I think there should be an age limit on when children should be allowed to use a gun. You don't put dangerous weapons into the hands of small children. That's why you have to be at least 16 to drive.A regular 20 gauge is too heavy for kids to shoot with. It's safer this way.
"Kid kills Grandmother with kid-sized rocket launcher. News at 11!"
It was not written to give you only the ability to defnd your property against criminals but also against the government should it become tyrannical and be in need of revolution.
Removing that will end liberties entirely because we will no longer have anyway to assert our freedoms.

like I said, anachronistic
I beleive in an eye for an eye only in the case of murder, because murder is an unreparible crime. Also, Murderers are too dangerous too be alive.
Oh and walrus, It does say "a life for a life" in the verse before it.
Perhaps dad should have been a tad more involved in his kids life. You know, taking an interest in the kid's behavior, habits and such. A kid that age has no clue what the consequences for this are. He simply can't fathom them. I'm guessing the kid watches violent movies and plays violent video games unsupervised. Propbably does a lot of things unsupervised.
That kid planned the murder, he used a blanket to hide the gun before he shot his father girlfriend and then try to throw away the spent shell. Also the brat threaten a 7 year old girl too.
I agree. His age may be young, but it was a premeditated murder and he had tried to get rid of the evidence. I don't think putting him in a juvenile detention will suddenly reform him. Btw, I think guns made for kids is a terrible idea. Why is it that kids who are too young to drink, drive, vote for election, and watch porn can use guns? I don't really understand that.
