Brooklyn Nine-Nine - Part 1

Same thing happened to Parks and Rec.

B99 and The Good Place are both single-cam comedies with diverse cast, and these shows usually share the same kind of audience. If B99 has The Good Place as lead it and is marketed right it can retain most audience from TGP.

I'd lean more towards 9:30 since Will and Grace already airs at 9 pm after The Good Place and I don't see NBC changing that.

I wish Bruce Willis would do an episode. Only if he wanted to though, nothing worse than Paycheck Bruce.

As cliffhangers go, that wasn't too bad, but if I never got the answer to whether or not Holt becomes commissioner, I would've lost it.

Perhaps the next season will start with him as commissioner and the 99 gets a new captain- heck, maybe Amy or Terry gets promoted. Unless the show keeps the status quo and finds a way to keep Holt as the captain.

Liked the finale. Were the show not picked up by NBC, this definitely could've worked as a series finale. Though part of me wonders that if Cheddar couldn't be the ring bearer, could Charles have had Nikolaj do it?

So I've starting watching this series and its been troublesome for me. It's so good I've become invested!!! its sucks!!! I care about this fictitious people!

Argh!!! Also there are so many seasons!!!

Okay I cried at the finale. Jake and Amy are so freaking adorable.

I've been catching up all month long... I'm now on season 4.

Are you when they're in witness protection with Maya Rudolph?

Best three parter ever.

I love me some Gina, but judging by a good portion of last season that was filmed when she was on maternity leave, I think the show goes on just fine without her.

True!

Yeah I'm not gonna miss her much. She brought some great laughs here and there but her disappearance during her maternity leave didn't really make me miss or like the show any less.

epguides lists the new season starting on 1/10/19.

There will be one major.hilarious change when the sitcom makes the leap from Fox to NBC in January. “We’re allowed to bleep and blur [now],” series co-creator Dan Goor recently told us. “Fox had a no bleeping and no pixelation policy.” Now the gloves are off. “Some filthy, filthy things have been said,” added Terry Crews. “I had one [joke] where I’m ashamed. I’m actually very, very ashamed. It was so jarring that everyone was like, ‘Whoa,’ and we needed to regroup… But holy cow, we never heard language like that on the show.”
