Great finale. Loved Boyle going all Matrix in the beginning. Also loved Holt's ending of the 8 year relationship.

Great finale. Loved the fake out with Peralta as well as the Captain's break up cutaway. Santiago looked great in her dress and Boyle looked like a pathetic little Neo cosplayer. I think the bit I dug the most was Gina speaking in emoji. I feel like people are about a month or two from doing that for real.

EXCLUSIVE: After recurring on Brooklyn Nine-Nine‘s freshman season, Joel McKinnon Miller and Dirk Blocker have been upped to regular for Season 2 on the Fox comedy series, from Universal TV. Miller, repped by Greene & Associates, plays Detective Scully, the bumbling veteran of the police force who serves as the office’s punching bag. Blocker plays the frequently shirtless Detective Hitchcock on the series set in the NYPD’s 99th Precinct in Brooklyn. Scully and Hitchcock have been standout characters and got their own holiday video (watch it below). Brooklyn Nine-Nine was one of three Fox comedies, along with New Girl and The Mindy Project, that received an early renewal. It has been one of the most heralded freshman series, winning Golden Globe Awards for Best Comedy Series and Comedy Actor for Andy Samberg.

I'm glad they promoted them to main cast so quickly unlike Jerry and Donna on Parks and Rec.

Well, in fairness, Jerry and Donna have been regulars since either season 2 or 3, they just weren't in the opening credits sequence until recently.

It'll definitely be interesting to see the show expand on Scully and Hitchcock's characters. So far they've been pretty one-note, so I look forward to seeing a bit more depth and personality from those two.

I also hope to see a lot more of The Vulture in season 2, he is my favorite character.

This season finale was just epic, I mean it was just like sooooogood. I think Peralta was the best character this episode, just perfect.

It will be shocking if Andy doesn't get an Emmy nomination, but sadly, he'll lose to Jim Parsons.

Then again he did beat out Parsons at the Golden Globes, so it could happen again.
