Haha I love Booty Call since I was a kid. You can usually tell with comedic actors if they have that "dramatic gene" or not. Theres plenty of comedix actors around nowadays I think could pull off some terriffic dramatic roles. I think Seth Rogen will prove himself with Funny People considering its more of a dramedy

I think Fogel is perfect. He has the look for sure, moreso then Kevin James and he is still under the radar enough that you will see him AS Sam and not Kevin James doing Sam.

Look at that clip he gets the voice, laugh scream, giggles and pitch all perfect.

Sam Kinison was about as funny as Testicle Cancer. The guy just yelled & screamed alot. Who cares?. Ppl always give Dane Cook s*** but atleast he makes you feel apart of his world, like your one of his friends & tells jokes about thing's you can so easily relate to. Chris Rock is the same, he tells it how it is but in an interesting way. Kinison was just a drug addicted loser who'd still be alive if he wasn't high on drugs. Everyone likes to play the "Kinison was just a sad clown" crap so as to feel sorry for the dude or something. hey I have problems to, but I don't turn to drugs to make myself feel better, i deal with my problems like a man. I feel no sympathy for such a no talent. Sorry to offend anyone. PEACE

Kinison died cause he was hit by a drunk driver. He was sober for months , before his death. So know who you're talking about before you disrespect his memory. Second, he was hillarious. There wasn't a dry eye in the house when Sam performed. I met him before he died and he was one of the nicest men you could've ever met. When he was getting coked up, everyone back then was so don't act like he was some kind of monster or loser.

And before anyone goes to wiki, YES there were traces of drugs in his system..traces. Means he wasn't on them at the time as it was left over from past usage.

It's a rumor in the way that every comedian who was around in the 80's knows about it but they don't go on tv and badmouth the man so it's kinda known but not talked about

It was the History of Howard Stern Part 2, and they played most, if not all, of Kinison's appearances on the show. **** was hilarious. The feud between Howard and Kinison and Dice Clay was instant classic and the "Man/Dude" fight. Ah...I hope somehow Howard gets involved in this biopic.
