Would make sense. Mystique and Beast are under make-up so it's not much to age them. Banshee and Havok aren't.

Yes! That means they can drop the crappy Brotherhood members from FC.Also, we'll be getting much more experienced versions of who will be remaining(most notably, Beast!).

feel the same. if true, kind of dissapointed. its too huge of a jump, both for the evolution of each character as persons and physically.

and yes, too many things can happen in 10 years... I hate drastic changes on movie franchises.

Many things do happen in 10 years, but one's appearance doesn't change so drastically that they look like someone else. Does Patrick Stewart look a completely different person now to the person he was in the first episode of ST:TNG? Or do any of the original X-Men trilogy look radically different to when they were in the first X-Men movie?

if Lucas and Caleb return, no way it would look believeable that Alex and Sean has 30 years now.

and honestly I HIGHLY doubt the crew put make-up on all the actors during the whole production

Since Origins Is cannon we can't have Cyclops and Jean In film as teenagers In 1973.If Origins was being Ignored then they could fudge It a bit If you say the trilogy took place around 1994.

Banshee and Havok will likely be recast.

As for brotherhood Angel and riptide could be dropped and emma could also be recast.

The actor who played azarel will likely be back.Rose Byrne could also return If Moira Is in film.Xavier could also already be bald when film opens.

As for event which leads to sentinles possibly Brotherhood attacks washington over the weapon x and other experments on Mutants(Tie In to Origins)

If they want to stick to original comic of mind transfer they could have It be Xavier switching minds and he and Beast,Havok,and Banshee VS Magneto,Mystique,Azarel,and emma.

With 10 years later If Moira Is In film she could have become a scientist In that time.
Perhapes working on something and reporting to Xavier on project.

Surprised by the 10 year difference, really thought this would follow straight on from FC and maybe the story during the movie would advance a few years, but yeah, this is a big jump. I have faith in Singer though, so lets see how it plays out.

yeah, Charles and Eric age a bit, but Havok, Banshee and Emma will have a TOTALLY new face by other actors



to recast some actors but others not is one of the worst ideas Ive read on the board in years.

the whole cast of FC is 3 years older now, no need to change half the cast. What's the point of creating a franchise if you change half the cast with each movie?
