They should. But they didn't release one for First Class/The Wolverine so I'm not surprised by this. They should improve their marketing/pr.

Both of them should appear in ice form/steel form most of the time! It will grab the attention of the viewers!

Normally when studios release an official press statement, it includes the brief plot and the whole cast and crew.

Yes, it would have helped if they had released a press statement with some quotes, a synopsis and a photo of Singer with some of the cast. It would help with audience awareness.

When Hugh was filming "Prisoners" (although not Fox) the start of filming wasn't announced until a month after some fans knew filming had started.

They are shooting Inside studios.And most of OT castmembers returing except for Halle
Berry as far as we know have already been to Montreal this week.

They are going to try to keep as much under wraps as possable untill Bryan wants to realse It.That's advantage of shooting Inside studio If studio has good security.

Yeahhh!! I'd be happy with 1.5 hours each ice time/metal time but if they can fit in more all the better. t:

They'll probably transform to ice and metal when they use their powers, but on the dialogue scenes, I highly doubt Bryan keeps the effect. That could make the budget even higher.

And with all the mutants the movie has, it doesnt seem as likely.

But three/four transformations during the movie will be pretty decent. And much more than the whole trilogy, lol

Yeah 3 or 4 is fine as long as 2 of them are extended. Would like at least one non action scene where they stay in form for at least a few seconds. Always thought it looked really cool when they're just hanging around looking like that lol, but yeah would be very expensive.

yeah, I like that too. And its not that hard, maybe once a fight finishes, they can stay that way a few seconds, and then go to human form.

dont know, maybe walking on the streets before entering on a building or so. Or even a few seconds inside the building, just after entering.

Id love to see him again too, specially joining the x-men finally. But we'll have to wait more years for that, it seems

I know some fans cant feel Gambit, but Rogue and Gambit on the same screen would be iconic to me. Like it or not, they are an iconic couple on the comics and tv shows, and a hot one, so even if they dont become a couple on the movie universe, just to see them both on the same scene...

but I find it sad how Fox and crew only seem to feel hot the Wolverine-Jean dynamic.

The comics have much more to offer than that, but they havent realized that yet.... who knows? maybe on 2030

The Taylor Kitsch Gambit wasn't so bad really so I'm convinced when they put their mind to it they can do this character justice. He'd probably fit well into a new X-Men arc, maybe even the full reboot we might get one day.

we won't get a reboot for a long long time, FOX will milk this current franchise and keep trying to breath new life into it, the wolverine and DOFP being the start of it

I just hope they will appear in their ice/steel form when it comes to posters because that would probably attract more people and kids to watch the movie.

Another missed opportunity for X3's marketing was they didn't do that.

Yeah. I don't expect any official announcements until this year's San Diego Comic-Con. They will likely be presenting the first footage there, so it would make sense that we'd get a formal cast announcement then as well as a short synopsis. Maybe a few early stills of the past and present X-Men.

And since Comic-Con is happening in July and The Wolverine will open at the end of July. It would be a smart decision to include the teaser trailer (or the footage of DOFP that they will be shown in Comic-Con) in the after credits of The Wolverine. Even if DOFP is stealing the thunder of the Wolverine, The Wolverine would probably attract more viewers if the trailer of DOFP is attached to the Wolverine.
