And since Comic-Con is happening in July and The Wolverine will open at the end of July. It would be a smart decision to include the teaser trailer (or the footage of DOFP that they will be shown in Comic-Con) in the after credits of The Wolverine. Even if DOFP is stealing the thunder of the Wolverine, The Wolverine would probably attract more viewers if the trailer of DOFP is attached to the Wolverine.

Since it takes place in the present, following X3, The Wolverine will be already providing some context as to what has happened to the X-Men and the school following Scott, Jean, and Xavier's death, as well as the fallout of the mutant "cure". (i believe logan may have taken it, but it didn't work, but thats for the wolverine thread).

i dunno im expecting maybe logan finds out Xavier is still alive at the end of the wolverine

that may annoy the people who don't want them to go the twin brother route though but there is a big chance they are going that route anyway

Yeah. I'm sure they are. There's really no way around it.

Btw, Ive been thinking, what if they are planning to retcon the deaths in X3 by having present/future Logan tell past professor not to to block Jean's abilities? It would make sense considering that
him doing blocking her power leads to her dual personality.

Both Xavier, Scott, and Jean will be saved if he stops professor ever doing that

thats one of the things Ive thought Bryan could do too.

And a pretty easy one. But I guess young Jean should be used too somehow.

instead of Logan telling Charles: hey, the day you recruit a girl named Jean, dont block her powers. hehe

on other hand, I dont want to see Logan meeting a young Jean Grey, no more Logan-Jean please! at least not on this movie

It says thrilled to be X-Men, so I'd assume he's a part of the team. To what capacity, who knows? What character, thats an even bigger question!

He was one of my absolute favorite characters on the Following, a very jealous boyfriend serial killer with a "human" side to him.
