Burger King Kicks Off Spider-Man Promo

Today is the first day of the Spiderman promo at Burger King.

Here are a few pictures i took when we went there this morning to see what they had in store for their big promo.

For my meal, i won a hamburger with my coffee, and a bk stacker with my tater tots. I didn't win anything other than the food items.

Sweet...that colour changing spidey is AWESOME!!!! I'd be soooo tempted to nick that spider-man sign...lol!

Bet we in the UK won't get one though , we don't even get IMAX spidey!

how weird, when I had a BK for breakfast this morning I asked the manager (know him quite well) if I could have some Spidey toys, he gave me the same two as here and said that's all they were given, in fact that's all any of the stores were given... hmmmmmm, false advertising, marketing ploy, conspiracy... you decide!

It's the perfect meeting place for friends and family on Friday to gather before going to see the movie. I choose wrong (Black Spidey is 0-2) on both my game pieces.

I want the Harry toy!! For real, if you're a parent and your kid wants fastfood, get BK. At Macdonalds, an old lady bought her grandchild a happy meal and found a condom in the bag.

The worst part is they are in foil packaging. The lady was nice enough to pick the two that did not feel the same. Tipped her a buck.

I want the Harry, non stamp Venom,and the other Sandman. I need to see the Spidey mask one in person to decide on that.

The promotion is five weeks right?Therefore it'll probally be 2 different toys every week.Can't wait to get my hands on that venom!

This is what I got at Burger King today. I have been going in for the last week talking to the manager and he said he would give it to me. The webbing and rain have a mattalic finish that reflects in the light.

Those are the two that are the official "week 1" toys. New toys will begin on Monday's of every week for 5 weeks. There will be 2 toys per week, and each store will get the same toys in the same order of release.

As for the UK, nope. The countries included in the promotion are listed on the BK rules, which you can access by following this link:

But if you want the toys, i'm sure they'll be posted all over ebay for weeks. Just don't bid on any that promise the complete set, especially since the complete set isn't out yet. I never did trust those pre-order sales. If they have a generic picture or no picture at all, i'd avoid them like bad breath.

Don't really want the full set only the colour change one. If anyone gets a spare one I'd be more that happy to take if off their hands.

I bought 3 toys and all 3 were the 2 suit Spider-man. I really wanted the Menacing Venom but no such luck.
