Of course they do. That's how it works. The extremely vocal minority always gives the impression of what their whole group is like to outsiders. Even if it's wrong. You must know this. All I'm saying is, don't be one of "those" because DC fans don't need another TDKR/MOS fallout.

Just like MoS was subconsciously compared to Donner films so will BvS to Nolan. What you "grow up on" can never be replaced. Frankly I find the Nolan movies unwatchable, they feel almost as comicy as the Schumacher ones now. Bale's Batman is pretty weak sauce.

I grew up with Nolan's trilogy. I don't see a reason why people should compare this movie with his work, but then internet is home to trolls so...

P.S. Batman Begins is still the best suit, second only to SnyderBat.

This movie to perfectly sum up what its like is IM1 + the Dark knight trilogy.

i will be seeing it again later on today and 2 more times this weekend cause i have a feeling it might jump up on my list.

All I'm saying is, don't be one of "those" because DC fans don't need another TDKR/MOS fallout.

All we need is more movies. That's it. How fans act on the internet has no baring in the grand scheme of things. As long as it's being talked about and money is being made, it's water under a bridge. The same water that existed for decades to the point WB had to show Ben Affleck reactions of a casting way back in 1989. It's nothing new or groundbreaking how faceless fans act because quite frankly, the people who crap on things the most are the consumers and avid fans of the genre, so they'll always keep coming back regardless.

Well as a fan of DC things I'd hate to see rational people thinking DC fans are the Donald Trump fans of the comics/movie world. Especially since TDKR and MOS backlash isn't old enough to be forgotten

Your constant "DC fanboys are destroying fandom" posts are perpetuating the myth. There's only so many people doing it out of millions online, and you must have some sort of PTSD going on, because you are seriously on repeat with this particular record.

We get it. DC fans, like any other fans, are a handful when someone kicks the hive...they simmer down eventually. Chill out yourself. You're inherent negatives about what happened with TDK/TDKR/MOS are just seaping out of every post you make on here. I assume you will keep harping on this for this next week, and keep pointing it out every chance you get.

One has to remember the versatility Bale brought to the role. He had to play college kid Bruce Wayne, lost Bruce Wayne, training Bruce Wayne, playboy billionaire Bruce Wayne and brooding Bruce Wayne.

Affleck meanwhile will play one specific aspect of Bruce Wayne perfectly.

For the record, i liked bale's bruce wayne but his batman never did it for me and i was skeptical of affleck.

After tonight, i nearly teared up at certain points cause i might have witnessed the DEFINITIVE batman.

TBH Affleck is portraying several personality types himself too:

The public Bruce Wayne, womaniser, playboy.

The CEO Wayne, who cares about his people more than he cares about himself.

The real Bruce, broken, weary, full of rage at this alien, the facet only Alfred knows about.

And then the Bat. The monster unleashed.

This is a DC movie related reaction thread. Hence my focus on reacting to BvS related things, including DC fans, and their reactions to BvS. If this were a Marvel thread and I noticed something worth reacting to about Marvel fans, I would do it. But it's not. So what's the problem?

Batman Begins was the most CBM accurate Batman of the Nolan trilogy.
