I was lucky enough to go to the #BVSPremiere tonight & as soon as the credits began, I was equally as excited to go see it again tomorrow!

i am grinning so hard due to the fact that the 3 people getting the most praise is Gal,Jesse and Affleck the 3 casting choices that had people crapping the choices on such a high level

editor in chief at rotten tomato says he doesnt think it will be good... hes watching tues

I honestly believe that these "Negative" thinking people were not raised right, or always have a chip on their shoulders due to their up-bringing. There is really no other explaination for this train of thought. Always a pessimist, never optimistic about whats ahead of them, which focuses their mind on the negative.

All i have to say is this guy should not have any say in reviewing movie's, he proved his point and train of thought with that one line.

I don't see it being as bad but it's already gotten pretty dumb. Difference I've noticed is with BvS it's passive aggressive judgement whereas with TDKR it was childish bullying. A lot of folks I've talked are really dreading Tuesday's embargo lift.

So bad reviews incoming?

The comparisons to Nolans films are going to be annoying

I dunno. I guess it's inevitable with this new Batman. A number of the tweets from those that have seen the film seem to be confirming the early rumors that we heard from insiders that Batfleck crushes it, and is now definitively Batman. We'll see if that holds as fan reactions continue tomorrow, and we get critic reactions on Tuesday.

Comparisons to TDK and The Avengers seem inevitable. So far the drift seems to be that BvS is either as good or better than TDK or TA. Which is about as good as could possibly be hoped for, if most moviegoers end up agreeing.

Haha, don't bother, I'm quite content on the cloud I'm sitting on right now. Comparing it to the Nolan films tells me all I need to know about this guy.
One of his tags is #benaffleckisnotmybatman :cwink:

I thought #BatmanvSuperman was spectacularly entertaining, anchored by strong performances from Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck and Gal Gadot.

He said in the comments it was a "crapshow" but the "s" word. A great setup to JL, which doesn't make sense. If it's a crapshow, the setup would JL would be crap.

But, we got one negative. The parties over. /endthreat. #BackdowntoEarth.

Lol.
:lmao:

I wouldn't assume that just from what he said.

Well that's why I'm asking. He said "a lot," and he said they are dreading Tuesday. Why would they be dreading it if they were giving the movie a good review?

There is always going to be plenty of negative reviews when it has 200+ reviews on Rotten Tomatoes ... hopefully this time people can try to be somewhat civil in reaction to those reviews.

... but I don't expect as much.

Not necessarily. It's just that DC fans have a reputation for not liking anything negative at all being said. TDKR started it. MOS continued it. This delay getting BvS has just fanned the flames. One of my buds who writes for a print mag says he's setting his Twitter to private once his review goes up. And he actually liked the movie
