BATMAN V SUPERMAN Review: Zack Snyders Doomsday - This is a very bad movie. http://birthmoviesdeath.com/2016/03/22/batman-v-superman-review-zack-snyders-doomsday via @bmoviesd
I wonder how many months ago he wrote that review.
Very professional title there. Can Faraci be anymore insufferable?
Is that true? Am I not the only Star Wars fan who didn't like TFA? Because damn if I haven't spent the last few months FEELING like the only Star Wars fan who didn't like TFA.
But here's hoping Eobard Thawne is right, and not just about that half of the equation!
I was walking home from CVS a few hours ago and I saw a guy on the street who looked just like Devin Faraci (it wasn't actually him). I seriously wanted to just punch the dude in the f***ing face just because the thought of Faraci pisses me off.
Thank God. I've also noticed there were suddenly about eight times the number of Star Wars fans than there were a decade ago. People who used to be totally disinterested were lining up for TFA. It's like 2004 when suddenly all the squirrels in the forest were wearing little Red Sox caps.![]()
If you want critics to stop being critics you gotta stop reading their stuff. Stop going to their sites. Stop talking about them. You're literally keeping them employed by linking to them. Jeez

Oh, I barely go on Faraci's site or Twitter account. I have no interest on what he does. That goes for pretty much any other critic.
He said it's probably not as accessible to the GA as it is to fans, he had to have some stuff explained to him before his second viewing so he would understand it. He says Marvel makes their movies more accessible to the GA, that's their secret, but he liked the movie a lot, and he says it's gonna open big, he just knows the GA might not get it.
I think that's probably part of what we're seeing with the critics.

Guys, please don't let movie reviews ruin your experience. Most critics don't read comics. BvS is a film for cb fans made by a cb fan
Call me crazy, but I like that superhero movies have a variety of tones. Feige fun, Singer angst, Nolan groundedness-let 100 flowers bloom!
The enjoyment some fans and some journos get from voraciously tearing a film apart is one of my least favorite parts of this industry.

I just came back from the theater. I honestly am baffled by a lot of these critics reviews. I absolutely loved the film. It had so much more depth than even The Winter Soldier on the Marvel side and probably even The Dark Knight on the DC side. The action was superb. And perhaps most surprisingly, having kept track of this movie as much as I have, the movie kept me guessing.
Obviously I'm still on a high from just seeing it, but this might be one of my favorite movies of all time. I have some criticism for it, but all of that is far outweighed by all the good. And I can't wait to see it again on Thursday. There was so much to this movie, I'm sure there are things I missed.
And, as a massive fan of both Superman and Batman, I can tell you that Zack definitely did justice to them both. The film didn't go down how I would have done it, but it does show knowledge of and respect for both characters.
I don't use twitter, so consider this my "early Twitter review." The movie was great. If you're not looking for a shallow, joke-filled, light-hearted flick, then you'll probably enjoy this movie.
Call me crazy, but your word as a fan outweighs all the laughable critics' opinion by far for me. My excitement for this movie is still in full force like any other day these last 3 years.I just came back from the theater. I honestly am baffled by a lot of these critics reviews. What a lot of hypsters said after the NY premiere is the very opposite of all those reviews from "critics". Chris Stuckmann and Jahns say Lex is just as we see him in the trailer, yet all the folks on here and twitter say that's not the case. Stuckmann and Jahns say trailer #2 did spoiler everything, yet here we learned that there are plenty surprises in the movie. Jahns says this is a Batman centered film - here we get "Superman is heart and soul of the movie".
