I said and let me paraphrase for clarity, the Matrix was successful 'where' Inception wasn't. That should make at least some sense to some.

Unless he's talking about Pfister's Transcendence (which will be released in 2014) or some other project he'll be working on, I think he's referring to Interstellar which would point to a 2014 release (2015 Oscars).

I read in "Empire online" forums that Spielberg's original idea for the film was based on this game by Lucasarts named "The Dig".

It's interesting to see IF and HOW MUCH this will be incorporated in Nolan's film. Personally, from the plot of the game I don't see much referring to "time travel"..
