It's definitely an online mode, at least in that video. You can see other player's gamertags above their characters, and it also shows a spectating mode.COD : WaW is pretty goodI like the game so far ( yes I play the beta ).
The Zombie Gameplay video is awesome. Cant make out if its Singleplayer only or that you can team up with some friends and kick ass online?

I guess excels in the combat flight sim and RTS/TB department if it's all war games ever and not just FPS.![]()
What in the sam hell are you talking about?
The review stated that it raised the bar for ALL war games, which like kez, i think is an absolute asinine statement. It may raise the bar for all FPS war games, but I'm certain it doesn't raise the bar for ALL war games.

Friday 7-Nov-2008 3:44 PM "That's right, Treyarch has toppled Infinity Ward," says PSW
"Call of Duty: World at War received its first 10/10 review score in the latest issue of PSW magazine.
"Modern Warfare was pretty much the best game on PS3 for the last year," PSW said, adding: "So to hold the position that it's sequel, World At War, is a better game, is surely to stir up some controversy. That's right, Treyarch has toppled Infinity Ward."
""World At War takes everything great about Modern Warfare and adds to it; co-op, creative Perks, new tech (dynamic flames), more elaborate maps and the Left4Dead baiting secret game mode Nazi Zombie - all of this pushes Call Of Duty into a new direction," it adds (via its blog).
World at War "raises the bar for all war games", says PSW, giving top marks to Treyarch's effort, which runs on the same engine as Infinity Ward's CoD 4.
Treyarch did good then, it seems. So which of the many incredible games are getting your money this Christmas?"
