This guy leaked stuff on COD games in the past and was 100% correct, even had his accounts taken down. We know Sledgehammer games is doing this years COD and have said its taking the franchise back to its roots. I'm all in.

This is what I've wanted for years now. I stopped playing the franchise around the time of AW because the futuristic stuff became too much especially with Exo suits, wall running and boost jumping. Taking it back to its roots is much needed and just what I've been wanting. Any thoughts?

Man, I really, really, hope the campaign is good. That's all I really care about with this game.

It's a shame that this era has been missing for a while from these games as the franchise was based on it. MW was a great boost and they were obviously right to go with that but I would have liked them to throw in one of these every now and then too. Would be ideal (for me) if they could keep all 3 (including future) lines of games going.

I'm not a big MP guy, so the CoD games have never really appealed to me, but after playing through Modern Warfare Remastered, I definitely want to give the last few campaigns a chance, and I'm definitely excited for this one.

WWII is my favorite historical period, so to be able to revisit that era in a CoD game with current gen graphics really has me on board.

I never really got all the hate for Polygon until I saw their blatantly wrong story about what happened with Kinda Funny last month. So while I know that this is more of an opinion piece than a news article, I've decided to just not take anything they say seriously anymore. There are many people there who write simply because they have their own personal ax to grind.
