Canada: Movie Master figures...bad news :(

Ok...so there are a few people wondering what is happening with the Movie Master figures in Canada.

I for one, was sick and tired of seeing the crappy 5-inch versions and never any MM ones. I spoke directly to the manager of a Toys R Us and she looked up the figures in the computer for me and said they were not going to be arriving in the stores here until at least ****ing late August early September!!!



Can't say I'm a huge fan. I asked her about the recall and she gave me some b.s. about the reason the Speed Racer, Dark Knight, and some of the Kung Fu Panda figures have been recalled was due to poor sales.....and then I was like 'Umm..well those figures just came out and other figures have been out longer and haven't been removed due to poor sales'...

All of this 'recall' crap is getting out of hand, no one really knows the truth and even if Mattel SAYS the reason they are probably lying.

Either way...no Movie Master Dark Knight figures until end of Summer here in the Great White North

damn Mattel, Im happy i bought the MM Batman on eBay yesterday, id rather buy them there then wait 3 months for mattel to get there sh** together

That's what happens when you live in Canada. You don't get 1st priority ???

Maybe you guys can look for one at comic book conventions. That is the best choice beside eBay. Granted they might be pricey, but I think it worth it as long you're not paying over $40 (US dollars ). It worth a try, guys.
