I have to say that from the previews I've seen of "Made in Jersey" it looks rather similar to Fairly Legal. Or at least one could mistake it for that, with both actresses looking somewhat similar and both being about law (even though Fairly Legal was about a mediator).

I wasn't really a fan of Janet Montgomery in Human Target, so don't know if I would be here. Kyle Maclachlan is in it though.

I see Grimm is moving back to Friday this week. Has it's ratings been dipping, or was this always the plan? Because I saw that it's season premier had their second highest numbers for the show.

That was always the plan.

Partners was actually rather enjoyable. Better than 2 Broke Girls, at any rate.

But "2 Broke Girls" has Kat Denning, so I'll watch it no matter what :(

Grimm's commercials are hilarious. All they have are people's face changing to some humanoid creature haha. OMG catman! OMG a wolfman. OMG a birdman. I will never watch that show. If I did...Supernatural looks way better.

Also...I want to kill myself over Animal Practice commercials. Never more have I wanted to jump off my balcony to end the pain.

I'm going to go on faith and assume he was reffering ot the television show.

I wonder if they'll cast Bobby Brown as the kooky neighbor. :o

The ratings, at least for the premier, will be great.

People love their tragedy porn.

Jason Katims To Adapt ‘About A Boy’ As Comedy Series Project For NBC
By NELLIE ANDREEVA

EXCLUSIVE: Friday Night Lights and Parenthood developer/executive producer Jason Katims is returning to his comedy roots with About A Boy, a single-camera comedy based on the Nick Hornby book and 2002 movie. NBC has bought the project, from Katims’ True Jack Prods; Universal TV; and Working Title and Tribeca Prods, the companies that produced the Hugh Grant-starring feature. Written and executive produced by Emmy-winner Katims, About A Boy follows the relationship between a bachelor man-child and the young boy who moves in next door with his kooky single mother. Katims’ head of development, Michelle Lee, will serve as producer.

This is the second stab at developing About A Boy as a comedy series. In 2003, Fox ordered a presentation written by Matthew Carlson, directed by Ken Kwapis and starring Patrick Dempsey.

This marks the third sale for Uni TV-based True Jack Prods this season. The first, two — a Katims-penned spy dramedy and an edgy, legal romantic comedy penned by Sarah Watson — went to Fox.

While all of Katims’ shows carry his signature humor, he has been looking to do a half-hour comedy. When CAA-repped Katims started out as a playwright, many of his plays were comedies. His first feature, The Pallbearer, also was a comedy before he segued to more dramatic fare. I hear he liked About A Boy for his first half-hour comedy effort as it’s in line with the tone of his work, and he loves exploring surrogate father-son relationships on his shows.
He's already made two film-to-television adaptations work spectacularly. I have no doubt he can do the same here.

When is Mrs.Doubtfire being pitched to ABC?

Hannibal is coming to NBC then the rest are in development and likely just to get greenlit.

Beverly Hills Cop at CBS, Battle Royale at The CW along with two Sleepy Hallow pilots at Fox be The CW.

I'd watch the **** out of Mrs. Doubtfire: The Series, and anyone who says they wouldn't is a liar. :o

Yeah I would tune in, surprised Fox hasn't tried that out.

Good for OWN to scoop future Perry shows from TBS.

The Mob Doctor is dead, it performed worse than Fringe on Fridays last night.

Partners is too lowly rated for CBS, would be given a full season at NBC, so it is dead as CBS doesn't want their schedule infected with low rated shows like NBC.

Dancing with the Stars is about to create a big headache for ABC as they'll probably have to come up with 4 hours of new programming to replace it next year. Maybe they gamble and stuntcast the hell out of it to bring in younger viewers for the next two cycles.

Fox, the former #1 network in 18-49 and overall viewers, is quickly turning in NBC. Bones is down a decent amount, their Tuesday comedies are weak, X-Factor is soft, animation Sundays are declining, they have no bright spots on the schedule right now. They need their mid-season shows to save them.

They really could not have picked a less impressive new drama to roll out as their only new drama of the fall. The Mob Doctor... seriously, Fox? Just dull-looking.

Fox should be ballsier than that. And, from what I've heard, The Following is perfectly ballsy.

It's a shame about Partners, though. Unlike most/all CBS comedies (except HIMYM), it's actually semi-funny.

I hate to say it, but since Alphas have recently killed off one of their side bar characters I think it's on the slippery slope to cancel ville.

Rosen's daughter wasnt a big part of Alphas at all. Her death will not affect it in the least

What happened on Warehouse will have more effect.

True, if you actually believe they're gonna keep [blackout]Artie[/blackout] dead for longer than an episode or two
