Can't say I'm impressed by any of their offerings, like usual. The premises for all their dramas are laughable or incredibly shallow and the new comedies are really meh. All their shows skew too heavily towards women, which is why I was actually more impressed by FOX's offerings. As a whole, I don't watch anything on ABC except for the Marvel shows and their Wednesday night comedy block.

Can't say I thought of it that way but the 5 dramas do feel like they are aimed more at the female demo.

CSI will end as tv movie with 2 of original stars returning.

Still amazing i will have seen original law and order,Csi,and at end of new season American idol ending.I never thought i would see this

Atlantis got cancelled.

It was a nice little fantasy show, I got into.

It kind of makes me wonder what new show will have that Robin Hood/Merlin spot.
I gave that show a try but just couldn't stay with it early in season two and quit watching it. I thought it was going to be more modern times involved but instead they literally drop a guy from the present into the past and promptly ignored it beyond the occasional reference to his mother with no mention of how fish out of water he must have felt.

Wow CBS couldn't give one of their oldest shows an actual farewell season. That's just cold. At least they will give them a movie.

This pretty much was the final season. It was already shortened.

I'm fine with the movie idea for CSI, at least a classic show will get a respectful ending and I think getting the original two leads back for it works, as long as they don't abandon what happened with Fin.

CBS isn't alone in the abrupt cancellation with no resolution camp. This time they are giving the show a proper send off unlike CSI: Miami although CSI: NY managed to end on a high note for almost all the characters, I don't think it was meant to be a proper series finale.

Harry Shearer's departure from the Simpsons is a real game changer for that show.

It hasn't.

Dang it must be pretty good if they went ahead with a second season before season one even aired. I liked the first book so this news makes me happy.:)

3rd times the charm.

Beverly Hills, 90210 Getting Lifetime 'Unauthorized' Movie Treatment

The Unauthorized Beverly Hills, 90210 Story will “show the roller coaster ride of the program’s first four seasons, highlighting the drama between cast members and producers both on and off-set,” according to the network — and will chart its several near-cancellations and eventual “massive success and imprint in the cultural zeitgeist.”

Wonder what they will do next?

I want to see Unauthorized versions of Growing Pains and Charmed.

Might be interesting if they actually got Shannen Doherty's point of view, but one of these days some old actor is going to sue them. That said, I'm waiting for the Vampire Diaries/Originals one and maybe One Tree Hill.
