Of all the movie to television adaptations I have seen lately it is the best one, not that it means a whole lot. I still think the series suffers from being associated with the franchise for no good reason. Hopefully they can keep it going because it is otherwise entertaining enough (still not totally onboard how Riggs is a Texas hick though).

I had a feeling BrainDead would be cancelled but its still such a bummer to read that. I actually liked that show.

I can't recall an hour long scripted show on CBS that I've liked that's stayed on CBS for more than 1 season. Usually cancelled, but in the case of Supergirl, moved to another network.

Why?! it's clear that AMC doesn't care for it as they hardly push it to get viewers like Mad Men and Breaking Bad.

I tried it a few episodes but man it just dragged on.

I knew it was going to get cancelled but would have liked a second season. At least they ended it without a ridiculous cliffhanger. They left a tiny little opening for more if they against all odds got a second season.

This one in particular sucks to me, the cancellation, not the show itself. It's the one that got me into blogging and it's been fun to follow it for four seasons. Was hoping that it could get a fifth season and end things there, as I think may be the case with Ray Donovan, but then, Season 4 did end on a pretty conclusive note, so it functions as a series finale as well.

Seeing how this year's been a parade of middle fingers galore, I wouldn't put it past the cosmos to do exactly that next year
