Cap figure?

I just recently saw the movie "Pursuit of Happyness" (very good by the way) and the little boy has this captain america figure that looks like it has cloth around it, now I remember seeing a line that looked like this and this is based after a old toy company but I can't remember anything about it? Can I get some help in my quest?

The movie was set in the 70s........

Try looking at Mego or Secret Wars....I think a Mego is your best bet.

Either that or he can get one of the Captain America figs that'll be in that Spidey Signature series line. It may be a knockoff of MEGO but it'll be cheaper.

I know that. But if he decides he wants one I wanted him to have options. Besides, the Signature series Cap will be alot easier to get once released. In my initial post I was gonna say I agreed with you about the MEGO, but I was busy typing up some other stuff I kinda just blurted that out.
