I don't think the rubber suit should have any influence on the fight scenes. T
here ahve been lower budgeted movies that have employed using rubber suits and the fight scenes are amazing and don't hinder the athletic ability of the actor/stuntman at all. They definately are able to look more agile than any batman on film.
For example, look at guyver 2. Not the best movie in the world but see how these two martial artists are able to perform their moves in a full rubber suit with a helmet. The Guyver suit is just as complex as the TDK suit and has the armored look and he has the added issue of having a fully enclosed helmet whcih means he has to look thru some lenses. But yet he can perform these super agile moves.

Second example
The live action teenage mutant ninja turtles movies. The guys in these suits are are sport karate champions. In this clip you'll even see ernie reyes jr who's 5'5 mind you and was donatello in the first movie and possible the second. These suits were like 60lbs. Again like the guyver movie they have more limitations than the TDK and begins costumes.. hard rigid shell, enclosed turtle head, hard front chest plate but yet they're still able to pull off their agile martial arts abilities and they can display them on camera with ease.

So the point im making is that the suit should have no affect on fight choreography because if these fights can look good and the actors can look agile and natural then so can a batman fight scene. It's just that nolan doesnt know how to film fight scenes. These two clips show that the suit should be no excuse for poorly filmed/framed fight scenes.
