Dude, may i remind you: This is Bruce Wayne! He ordered 10.000 cowls to avoid suspicion, he bought a whole hotel, he bought his company back, you think he cant afford to buy ten begins suits? Its only 300 grand!Yeah, but for him to get those kind of cuts and lacerations (they ain't just bruises) the suit would have to be seriously ****ing damaged. As in, parts of it would need total replacement, which would be pretty damn impossible with the one-piece Begins suit.
In real life when armour actually saves you from a shot, it is no longer in a fit state to protect you any more and you replace it, or at least replace the plate that was hit.
And those wounds look like they were made at different times, some are more healed. It's not just from some single event that damaged the Begins armour so that he has to replace it with a new suit.
So, like people have said, it really does make no sense for him to have those kinds of wounds when he's wearing the Begins armour. Bruises and cracked ribs yes, lacerations no - unless he's actually replacing the sull suit after every heavy accident which seems unlikely as it's supposed to be a one-off.
Which is all the more reason for the armour to be piecemeal separate components under an overall unifying outer skin - easy repair, maintenence and replacement of damaged components. While it doesn't have any outer skin, the TDK suit at least makes more sense in this regard - shoulder pad shattered by a bullet? Just replace it.
Also, if Bruce really cared about all this stuff, you'd think that he would want a suit with his face covered and an incorporated gas mask! So dont get into those technicalities!
