Carrie Kelley's Robin to appear in this film or Future Bat-fleck, I mean Batman film... Anyone for it?... Against it?...Casting ideas e.t.c.

always thought Jason's death would be a good arc for Bruce being tired and weary, and that could be one of the elements that they use from the dark knight returns.

Dick as Nightwing, who has become estranged from Bruce following Jason's death.

Bruce's character arc us learning to trust other people again and he learns it through his experiences with Clark.

End of the film has Bruce calling Dick, and a nod toward Tim Drake.

That would kill my hype for this movie. I really like JGL as an actor, and I love BB and TDK (two of my top five comic book movies ever), but I don't want any connection at all to the Nolan films.

If Dark Knight Rises had ended differently, I would be all for Batman just continuing for as long as WB wants to make movies (like Bond), but I hated the ending of an otherwise good movie too much for me to want it to be connected to future films.

No Carrie Kelly. Worst Robin out of them all. An aged Bruce does need to have history with apprentices. Would like a mention or cameo of a grown-up Dick Grayson. Jason Todd's costume in the cave would be mind blowing though.

I probably wouldn't have thought of that, but it actually works. He's a better actor than he generally gets credit for, and I firmly believe that Dick Grayson should be played by a "pretty" actor.

It's funny because yesterday or the day before on AMC movie talk they were talking about him and if we would ever see him in a comic book movie. I had never thought of it until then and I immediate said Dick Grayson/Nightwing.

I wouldn't mind this with a quick shot of a girl who spots the bat kinda giving us a sort of premonition to Carrie Kelley. If this is an "old" batman I don't think they can waste time laying out the groundwork for Robin. They need to be at Carrie's Robin or right before it IMO.
