BvS Cast the rest of the Big 7 for Superman/Batman

Henry Cavill as Superman
Ben Affleck as Batman
Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman
Jensen Ackles as Hal Jordan
Chris Pine as Flash
Jason Mamoa as Aquaman
Ray Fisher as Cyborg
I'd be down for that.

^^
And that's not a good thing took away what made Amanda Waller unique.

Exactly.

In a world where almost every female character looks like a model and every guy is a bodybuilder, it was refreshing that at least a few characters looked like normal people. I remember they even sexed up Leslie Thompkins at one point and I was like, WTF?

Give me Jensen Ackles as Hal Jordan now!

The biggest obstacle to getting Chris Pine as Flash (even though he would probably be great in the role) is the fact that he will be filming Star Trek 3 just as SvB and JL will go into production.

can we do a chris evans human torch to captain america thing with ryan reynolds? he's the perfect flash, and we've said that for years even before green lantern came out.

also, i'd like the rock for GL. hell, i think the rock being anyone would be good for the film's exposure and also because he's a really charismatic guy. he's not really right for manhunter; i don't think the writers would waste his persona and draw on the stoic alien guy of the team.
The Rock could do for MM wonders. he has the charisma MM needs to success IMO.

Yeah, the Rock as MM just doesn't seem to fit. I've always seen MM as a very intellectual character and the Rock doesn't give off that kind of a vibe. I'm not calling him stupid or anything I just always picture J'onn as this really deep, introspective kind of guy and I have trouble picturing the Rock that way.

As much as I love The Rock, I honestly don't think he has the chops to pull it off. MM is fairly complex and somewhat subtle. The Rock normally plays a certain niche of a character aka the badass. He's good at doing that role but other then that I haven't seen the range you'd need to portray the subtleties of the character.

Like Rowsdower said, MM should also give off the feeling of being wise. Not sure if The Rock can pull off that aspect honestly.

I believe people really overstimate the complexity of superhero characters.

Can someone imagine that we may have an Aquaman movie? and it's with The Rock as Aquaman?

You see, I can actually see The Rock being able to pull Aquaman off regardless if blonde hair. It fits nicely with his range and natural charisma.

Personally, I believe a wardrobe could pull a MM if it was a living being.

Good for you.

Anyways...

Benedict Cumberbatch for Martian Manhunter?

I wish it was good for me. Alas, the easiness that is casting a superhero doesn't translate as a positive outcome in my life. So I'd say "indiferent for you" is a more precise assessment of the situation.

Where the hell in that article does it say that?

Because from what I just read, that's not confirmed at all. In fact, that vast majority of this article (about 98%) is conjecture on the part of the writer.

So yeah. Thanks for trying.
I'm sorry it wasn't that link.

I really don't care about age. Affleck alone is showing that these heroes can be seasoned.

So with that in mind:

Neil Patrick Harris - The Flash
Nathan Fillion - Green Lantern

And goddamnit, Joel McHale would be an amazing Booster Gold.

And goddamnit, Bill Hader would be an amazing Plastic Man.

Okay, my dream team:

Henry Cavill - Superman
Ben Affleck - Batman
Gal Gadot - Wonder Woman
Ray Fisher - Cyborg
Nathan Fillion - Green Lantern
Neil Patrick Harris - The Flash
Dwayne Johnson - Martian Manhunter
Jason Momoa - Aquaman
Joel McHale - Booster Gold
Bill Hader - Plastic Man

Dr. Fate - Sam Caflin

Anyone wish WB would consider making Fate into a movie? I think it could be fantastic. A period piece set in the 1940s; something to fill the void left by the Indiana Jones and Mummy franchises, only with a little more pizzazz since it's a superhero property. And hopefully it won't turn out like The Phantom (shudder).
