Not sure about Scott. I love him in the roles he's been in, but I don't think he'd be right as Ock. Weird casting choices have worked before. I never would have imagined Jamie Foxx as a Spider-Man villain, but I enjoyed him. I'd still prefer Mads Mikkelson as Otto. As for Kraven, Reedus would be a draw for sure. Maybe they could include Calypso too?

Calypso is, in my opinion, one of the creepiest spidey villains. She's purely psychotic. She could make an awesome addition as like a side character, especially if Kraven's in the mix. And Danai Gurira for her. (That'd be awesome if both her and reedus were in the film together)

Daryl and Michonne! Calypso was always there to manipulate Kraven into going nuts. If they decide to include potions as a source of Kraven's power, she could easily be the one creating them.

Torment is one of my favorite story arcs. I loved what they did with Lizard there. It'd be awesome for them to expand on that story in a film and have her controlling an army of animal villains like Lizard and Iguana. Then spidey can team up with Kraven and he can teach him to fight like a hunter (kinda like in the most recent video game). But I'm getting carried away with speculation

Black Cat? I mean they already introduced her character, which is more than any other member besides goblin has. I could see her maybe faking a relationship with Harry, only to turn on him later for a personal gain of some kind

If Calypso is ever introduced, it'll probably just be as Kraven's partner/girlfriend. As for Black Cat, she'll most likely be an associate of the Six rather than an actual member. Rhino will probably be the sixth member.

Yea, rhino seems the way they're gonna go, and I'm almost positive black cat is gonna be there in some capacity. Felicity Jones is an awesome actress, so I'd hope they'd use her character.What do you think spidey's role is gonna be in the film, just out of curiosity?

Well, Garfield said back in September that Spidey's role in the film was "immaterial", meaning that it probably wasn't that big or important. Haha, Eric Foreman was Venom so why not bring in Red! And he's actually done serious roles, most famous I think being Jurassic park. he's currently on a show called Resurrection. The only problem is the role could be pretty demanding physically, and I think he's in his seventies. But hey, cgi is a powerful tool, and I'd imagine they'd want someone older for vulture just cause vultures known for being old and crotchety

Jackal would be awesome, but I imagine they'll end up fighting Spidey. Any predictions for when Sony is going to announce something? It has to be before Comic Con I imagine.

I'd hope we get something before the year ends, but at the very latest around comic con season. Although, I hear Sony Pictures got hacked by some group. They threatened to give up all their "secrets" if their demands aren't met. Maybe they'll have something (not condoning their actions. Bad people.)

Yeah, that's a dick move. If Sinister Six is indeed still scheduled for release and is still under production, why is Sony keeping such a tight lid on it?

It's scaring me. It's reminiscent of the early stages of what's known as Development Hell. It's a long shot, but I'm hoping maybe the Disney discussions are legit and they're reworking the film for the MCU. But nah, that's just crazy talk!

Eh, I'm not really sure about the MCU. I'm sure it got brought up at certain points, but, despite TASM2's box office, it wasn't exactly a flop either. Spidey makes them money, and who knows what'll happen to them if they let him go.

This is the weirdest place the franchise has been in thus far. But we'll hear news at some point, it's not as if we'll never hear from them again regarding the franchise. TASM2 wasn't a John Carter-league flop by any means.

Butler been a fancast choice for a while now, and I think he could certainly do it. Momoa would be awesome, but the Aquaman thing might get in the way.

I'm not sure they'd use Sandman again after SM3. Just a feeling. Plus, Thomas Haden Church was the only thing I liked about that movie.

Probably not, but he's always been a prominent member of the 6 so he's possible if one of the initial characters don't work out. I could also see shocker making a cameo at some point, considering he was all over the bugle tumblr page for tasm2

Church needs more credit for making the best of a poorly written role. You think Electro was wasted? That being said, the way he says "The only thing left of me now is my daughter" always breaks my heart.
