I could see Teddy Sears as Aquaman. I think he was a very popular choice to play Captain America, but since Marvel went with Chris Evans (don't know what the hell they were thinking) I think he can really pull off Orin. Plus he looks like Arthur from Shaun McLaughlin run.

aquaman is likely going to happen but like with ww aquaman seems to be a character that will have an uphill battle to get into production.

@ anrrd 2: Good one, lol. But honestly I can't for the life of me figure out why Warner seems to look at other properties that star main characters without these logos: as properties that won't make good films or be as good as them especially when those are just as likely to suck worse, case in point Superman Returns (which might be what most did with it when it hit dvd). Aquaman can make a good film as well as a good comic if good people get a hold of him.

Aziz Ansari said it best when talking about the concept of how James Cameron must have sounded when he thought of avatar. "I'm going to take about almost what, 2 decades to make a film about blue aliens, with a pro environmetal message, and then at one point two aliens are going to make love with their ponytails". But it work, if you put time and love into a project it'll be good. I mean what, we're just now getting a Green Lanter film. We got Spider-Man, Transformers, X-Men, Hulk, Iron Man, and a Silver Surfer centered FF, and I know GL can easily top those.
