hmm could work, though i rather have her for lois or seline kyle myself.

Ok, so I want to do something I've never done. I want to cast a Justice League of America movie. I need to preface this though. This cast is for a ONE shot deal, one movie, and I'm doing it with the idea that filming begins tomorrow so that age is not a factor. These are all established versions of the individual characters, coming together after years of solo adventures, with none of the actos having prviously played the character......

Justice League: The Battle for Earth

Superman/Clark Kent: Matthew Fox
Batman/Bruce Wayne: Michael C. Hall
Wonder Woman: Catherine Zeta-Jones
Green Lantern/Hal Jordan: Nathan Fillion
The Flash/Barry Allen: Peter Krause
The Flash/Wally West: Michael Rosenbaum
Martian Manhunter/John Jones: Alexis Denisof
Aquaman/Arthur Curry: Alexander Skarsgard

Director: Peter Jackson

Written by: Peter Jackson&Jeph Loeb&Mark Waid&NotFadeAway with consultation by Bruce Timm and Paul Dini.

Produced by: Peter Jackson&Steven Spielberg&NotFadeAway

The villian threat in this film would be two pronged, one coming from outer space, the other on Earth. Darkseid would attack Earth, obviously because of the anti-life equation. But I would borrow from both the War of the Supermen arc, Superman: The Animated Series, and the Daxamaties in DC comics, and Darkseid would have gained control over a group of Daxamites that left there planet and turned them into his own personal legion to invade planets with a yellow sun. And on Earth, Vandal Savage would be another threat, having knowledge of the anti-life equation, thus a bridge will be built throughout the film to Darkseid and Vandal Savage meeting. This forces the heroes of Earth to unite to prevent the destruction of Earth.

A three and half hour epic is what I have in mind here....HELLS TO THE YES!!!!!!!!!

Awesome choices guys! Jensen Ackles actually fits Steve Trevor!
As for the Supergirl pick......:wow:

oh she is in grown ups, the film does look funny and i like the actors i might try going to it if i have the time.

They're bound to get some BIG names for the supporting roles in a Wonder Woman movie given how unsure the suits are on this untested property.

The cast above is too much of a 'TV movie' cast, not a film cast.

I'd replace Steve Trevor, Artemis, Hippolyta, the villains etc

I don't get it phoenixflight. Did you pick a random plus sized woman to play Etta Candy? Etta isn't that huge...

I always thought Michael C Hall would be a good Question, but I like your suggestions.

Actually she is or she was all throughout the Golden and Silver age. Hence the name Etta Candy. Get it -- Ate a candy? It wasn't until the 80s that she became thinner.

Although I don't completely disagree with you...I am also realistic in terms of a budget for this type of movie. Although some of these actors have appeared on TV shows...that does not mean they do not have 'film star power'. They each have their cult sci-fi/fantasy fanbases that will follow them anywhere...especially to a fantasy epic adventure film like Wonder Woman. I feel confident that they will all do great if put together, making a great Wonder Woman movie!!

theres a difference between curvy and...i dont want to seem insensetive, but idk howelse to say it- huge

I think we might be missing the point about who Etta Candy is and how she fits into the Wonder Woman universe. The character was someone who struggled with her weight issues for many years but has now accepted who she is...coming full circle. For me, I chose this version of Etta (rather than the sultry/bimbo type that we saw in the animated movie). I feel this version of Etta will provide a far more powerful contrast to Wonder Woman herself. It's my message to all the young women who will see this film and love themselves no matter what size they are. My casting of Kirsten Vangsness reflects that... When I used the term 'curvy'...I was simply being kind.

What type of budget are you talking about?

Look at the cast for Jonah Hex even which presumably would have a lower budget than Wonder Woman...

We still got Hollywood big names thrown into that.

While WW could be a lesser known like Regan, they're gonna need big names for Steve Trevor, the villains etc

So basically what you're saying is, "you mustn't be afraid to dream a little bigger, darling."

well wouldnt see why not some folks who are from tv/some films might get a role. along with some bigger a/b lister too in cast.
