Bridget Regan still holds a good place for Wonder Woman, dunno about Taylor Cole - never seen her act, where's she from?
Logan Lerman is a terrible choice for Tim Drake! Percy Jackson came off more as a teen hunk than a thinker who dominates his enemies with acrobatics. No, Lerman's a much better Superboy than Robin.
Matthew Fox would make a good Barry Allen or Superman if he's given the chance. But that's not exactly an original casting. BEN from Lost reminds me of BRAINIAC though.

But you can always imagine. :P He could play the character in ANY incarnation and still pull it off. I am not saying it's because he played Prof. X (mind manipulator!) - Prof X and Brainiac are two very VERY different characters. I'm saying this coz he looks like Brainiac and can be one of the most intimidating disembodied alien/machine antagonists ever made. Plus, his rep as a good guy can only serve well to cast him as a villain. Much better than James Marsters.
