I love fish. It's absolutely delicious. And by God it's good for you, too. I eat fish quite often, as a matter of fact, and I know there are lots of you out there who do as well. This thread is for us. The fish lovers. Discuss your favorite kinds of fish, here. Share that awesome new red snapper recipe you just tried. Or just tell us about the last time you ate some fish.
To get things started, I'll tell today's fish stories from my side of the computer. I had a can of Chicken Of The Sea chunk light tuna in water this afternoon. Right out of the can. Amazing. Chicken Of The Sea really is the chunkiest of all the national brands. It's like they put slabs of tuna steak right in the can, rather than just a bunch of puree'd fish parts like some of the other ones (Bumblebee and Starkist, I'm looking at you). I probably eat 1-2 cans of tuna a day, actually, just because it's such a great snack.
For dinner, I'm cooking a nice tilapia fiiet in the oven right now. Just a bit of garlic salt, a little Adobo, some fresh lime and some seasoned bread crumbs. Perfection. It was a toss-up between the tilapia and the salmon, but I wanted something a little lighter tonight and salmon can sit pretty heavy on the stomach.
Alright, fish lovers. Let's hear your stories.
