Greg Grunberg was so much better on Alias then he is on Heroes. Maybe he should have reunited with his buddy, JJ Abrams on Lost.

He's basically playing the same character. And he already played the pilot on Lost.

Can say off the bat that I consider modern Hiro to be too much of a comic relief, I want bad ass Hiro.

And Mohinder is too science and explanation oriented.

I don't have a favorite Hero. I like Mohinder I guess and HRG.

So guess to each his own, Mohinder to me is actually the most boring of the Heroes due to his constant explanations and science talks and etc.

But yeah, HRG is cool.

Anyway, in regards to Nathan, I think it is in character for him to run. Isn't that the point of the show? These "Heroes" do have fears and shortcomings and are real people? Besides, cut him some slack, there was probably a one in a million chance he would get out of there in time. His action was still heroic. Why not take that chance? His role was over. Why die unnecessarily? Especially when he has kids and a wife?

to be fair, he's never shown that he cared for his wife and kids.

Yeah, I'm hoping for a repeat of that in Heroes.

West: to the repeat power. You kind of need a plot device like him to keep Claire's story even semi-interesting...but a new power would've been nice.

Reed Richards has a power and fights bad guys with his stretching powers, plus he invents crazy inventions- haven't see Mohinder create a portal to the negative zone yet. Conclusion Reed Richards > Mohinder.

Dude, Micah? I wanted that kind to fall down a flight of stairs.

DL had potential to be really cool, but he became one-dimensional really fast.

The Haitian is easily the coolest character, though.

I liked Isaac for a few seconds, but like Peter and Matt, his power is cooler than he is...erm, was

Eden annoyed meat first cause it was obvious she was shady, but I warmed up to her cause her power is awesome. then she died.

I liked Charlie and that broad with superhearing

to be fair, he's never shown that he cared for his wife and kids.

wonder if they'll have any powers.

He showed immense remorse over his wife's accident, and did seem to be happy when she was able to walk. I think he did care for her.

As for the kids, he cared for Claire after knowing of her exisitence for a matter of hours. There was never any real focus on the other children, but I think it goes to logic that he loved them as well.

Guess that's why they have multiple heroes and multiple characters on these serial shows- if you can't relate or don't like one character, there's always someone else geared more towards you waiting around the next three to four minute mark.
