simply question what character do you hate yet everyone else seems to enjoy and why.

I don't hate him, but I've yet to see the appeal in Hal Jordan since he came back from the dead.

we need something like this in the movies/tv series forums

At the moment, Wolverine due to mass overexposure and Duke nukem as my friend wont stop playing the game on the Xbox 360.

I've never been wild about Emma Frost, but I don't hate her.

I used to hate Emma Frost now I kinda like her.

I dislike Like Luke Cage right now for the same reason it seems many people like him. Bendis has made him way too powerful.

That's easy....Batman, the most overrated character in the history of literature.

Spider-Man. I don't hate, but he whines too damn much.

for me it's gwen stacey, she is the most boring character in spider-man's history, yes i understand the importance of her death but she became like an idol to fans and no writer was allowed to touch her without a huge backlash

In all fairness, the last time a writer touched her, it was to make her an unfaithful ****e who slept with the original Green Goblin whilst still dating Spider-Man.

The Punisher. "Oh look at me, I kill mobsters. I'm such a hardass." Eat **** and die, Frank. If you do that, it'll do more good than you have since you first popped up.

i was going to say The Sentry but Ha! nobody likes the dude!:cwink:

Oh yeah brother Ron!Amen to that.man what is up with that guy??

i'll be honest, though that story was ill thought out and had on of the more stupid outcomes i've ever had the displeasure of reading, at least someone tried something new with the character rather than peter moping about for the 10000th time.

I don't hate them per se, but no matter how many times I try to read it, The Legion of Super Heroes bore the **** out of me. The Great Darkness Saga is an exception.

I also kind of hate Ghost Rider who seems to have a legion of fans.

Whaaa?! I love Ghost Rider!! (not really, but I kinda contradict Wülf all the time)

Daredevil's always bored me. I've tried to read his comic numerous times during the Bendis and Brubaker runs and he's still bored me. In fact, the most enjoyable Daredevil comic I've ever read was the Battlin' Jack Murdock mini-series, which starred Daredevil's dad.

Wolverine: I used to like him but now I can't stand him. His powers seem to have gotten more and more ridiculous and I couldn't stand the origins story they came up with for, should have stayed a mystery IMO. Not too mention how over exposed he is.

Cyclops: I've never been able to like this guy. I really wish they would have killed him off. There's something about this character I just can't stand.

Superman: Just never liked him much, probably because he's two powerful.

In no particular order...

I hate Cyclops right now. I liked him for a long time, loved him when Astonishing X-Men rolled around, and then started hating him during Messiah Complex. Such extreme moral ambiguity does not suit him.

I've never been a huge fan of Gambit, in spite of practically every non-comic reader I know loving him to death because of the '90s cartoon. I've never hated him, either. I've always been indifferent to him. He's not great, not terrible, just a middle-of-the-road X-character.

I hate the ultra-violent spin Rhodey's getting in the War Machine comic now.

I hate Wolverine because he's stopped being the guy who strives to overcome his animalistic urges and has started killing virtually everything in sight without a shred of remorse. It wasn't so long ago that murdering a couple dozen of his enemies made him so sick of himself that he had to drown his sorrows with Nightcrawler as his spiritual counsel. Plus, his healing factor is just ******edly powerful now. There's a kernel of a good character still in there somewhere, but he rarely manages to peek his head out.

I hate nice characters

Spawn. I picked up the first volume and couldn't even finish it.
