He didn't know biology. He tried doing milk as a blood transfusion and random peoples blood as well. Of course I don't think they knew about blood types back then but still, he probably did more damage than Drac did.

Speaking of Dracula, anyone ever read the Dracula tapes? It's a book based on the Dracula novel but all shown from Dracs point of view. It's pretty awesome if you've read the original

Okay but continue Van Helsing from where? it's a new universe might as well go the full hog and start everything and everyone from the beginning.

I checked those out at the library because some people said the Bersekers were kinda like the Reapers from Mass Effect. The titles are so interchangeable that I can't point to which was which, but I do remember the plots and characters of a few. They were good overall.

I had picked up the Dracula Tapes because I always liked reading alternate views of things. That's one of the reasons I enjoy movie novelizations. The good ones add a lot more to them that you don't see.

It's pretty funny if you know the story from Stoker. Drac basically has fun for a good amount of time and you can see where he's trying to make himself look good during the jerk points of the story. He also points out how stupid some of the main characters are at certain points.

hugh is so overrated. I like him and all but jeez. Van Helsing would be an awesome mature Netflix show or premium channel... heck they could pull it off on AMC too.

There's also going to be a Van Helsing Tv show on SyFy and it will have a female protagonist.Vanessa Van Helsing. She's the ancestor of Abraham I think. Could be his daughter.

There's a ton of monsters out there that haven't been touched in awhile. I'd LOVE to see another Wolfman BUT not another rehash of Chaney's story for example

Wolfman would be the ideal next movie after Van Helsing they could do.

Creature from the Black Lagoon I think might be their most difficult adaptation.
